Park Leidsemeer, Buitenkaag

Buitenkaag is a place where tranquility, nature, and living come together. The new Park Leidsemeer neighborhood was designed not only to blend into this environment, but also to add meaningful value to it.

We designed 16 modern, sustainable homes with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The layout of the neighborhood creates an open, green, and communal character, using carefully selected materials that harmonize with the environment.

By thoughtfully playing with positioning and typology, the neighborhood feels both spacious and sheltered. Semi-detached houses mark the entrance, while terraced homes are set in a calm, green setting. Energy efficiency was key: the homes are completely gas-free, optimally insulated, and equipped with the latest sustainable technologies.
