Borghese, Nijkerk
Bedrijvigheid in zijn puurste vorm
Along the A28, at a visible location in Nijkerk, our studio has studied a sustainable and striking building. The client, a combination of developer Borghese RE and Pleijsier Bouw, requested a recognizable, clear, and transparent building, which may be slightly different and challenging.
Our studio has designed a dynamic and transparent building here. The continuous play of lines with its dynamic overhangs captures the “fluid spaces” of the areas on the different floors.
Responding to the materialization and orientation of the building, we have achieved a BREEAM Outstanding and a Well Gold certificate together with our construction partners.

De entree wordt gemarkeerd door een grote groene wand, strakke vloeren en een design wokkeltrap.

De eerste verdieping kent een mix van warme materialen (in hout en groen) en strakke industriële vloeren en plafonds.

Strakke gevelbanden worden verzacht door de houten lamellen en de groenwanden.
