Circularity has been a matter of course for us since 2009. We apply the R-ladder and identify for every project which materials and products are reusable through reuse, repair, refurbish, repurpose, and recycle. We measure and report the environmental impact based on LCA and EPD methodologies and the key figures from CE Delft. As an independent party, we have the freedom to choose suppliers and manufacturers, allowing us to select, for each specific assignment, what yields the most value for people and the environment. Our team specializes in designing, realizing, and managing sustainable environments. We collaborate with clients, users, and specialists to create a cooperative and transparent approach.

To achieve our sustainability goals, we employ our own sustainability advisor who monitors our methodology and reviews the environmental substantiation for each project. We work in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, EcoVadis (Bronze), and FSC for responsible timber use.
