For Scildon, we have developed a work environment that is not only functional but also energizing and inspiring.From user sessions, several key wishes emerged: a sustainable interior, attention to the human scale, space for both interaction and privacy, and an appearance that reflects the brand’s modest yet professional identity.

The result is an office that radiates trust and in which employees feel comfortable. An environment that invites collaboration, while also offering the opportunity to withdraw when needed. In this way, a balance has been created between inspiration and calm, between modesty and quality.

In the interior design, we chose natural colors, sustainable materials, and warm accents that create an atmosphere of tranquility and refinement. Flowing floor patterns soften the space and create natural transitions between workstations, meeting zones, and social areas. The brand colors have been subtly and stylishly incorporated, ensuring that Scildon’s identity is naturally present throughout the office.
