ARAG is driven by a mission to achieve justice for anyone involved in a legal dispute. More than 800 employees are committed to this goal every day, supported and inspired by work environments that enable them to perform at their best.

With the closure of the ARAG office in The Hague, employees moved to the locations in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. This shift was about more than logistics. It was about creating workplaces where people feel welcome and at ease.

Coare Architectuur translated this need into a clear spatial vision. Coare Realisatie is currently building that vision into reality.

Together with our co makers, we are creating warm and sustainable interiors that support both focused work and informal connection. In Rotterdam, the existing interior formed the basis. By reusing and repositioning elements and adding new components where needed, we created a functional and contemporary workplace that reflects the needs of today. In Amsterdam, we kept as many existing walls as possible to reduce waste and preserve flow.

The result is a cohesive design across both offices that prioritises comfort, continuity and conscious use of materials.
