Alliander Alkmaar is merging existing locations into one location at Jan Ligthartstraat 1

In order to achieve the desired merger, an existing office was purchased. The existing interior layout and installations were removed and a new layout and more sustainable installations were installed. 
The wooden exterior frames are being replaced by new aluminium frames. The insulation and exterior plate of the HSB walls are being replaced, which improves the Rc value of the facades. A new LSP (Logistics Support Point) with a parking deck for 27 cars is also being built against the existing building and the surrounding area is being redesigned with parking spaces and outdoor storage.

The completion of this project is scheduled for mid-June. Coare Realisatie is taking care of the entire renovation in co-creation. Coare Architectuur was responsible for the design.
