From a young age, I dreamed of building—both literally and figuratively. Today, with more than 25 years of experience in high-end finishing, I have realized many remarkable projects in the office and hospitality sectors together with diverse teams.

At Coare Realisatie, I am ultimately responsible for our finishing projects in my role as Manager Afbouw. My strength lies in the preliminary phase: providing structure and direction, improving processes, and inspiring teams to achieve the very best together—always building towards that ultimate goal. Where others see the impossible, I see a challenge, driven by the ambition to exceed expectations and deliver a higher level of quality than requested.

What sets me apart is the combination of technical expertise with a people-oriented approach. This allows me to bring complex projects to a higher level—smoothly and with genuine enjoyment. Collaboration is always at the heart of my work. Through trust, enthusiasm, and open communication, I connect colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Together, we create sustainable projects that inspire and stand the test of time.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors with my family—we are often at the beach, in the dunes, or out on the water. We also love traveling to wide-open landscapes and the mountains, always in search of meaningful shared memories. On a smaller scale, I continue to design and create for home and for friends, often with my own hands.
