As Operations Manager at Coare Architectuur, I work closely with our Creative Director and all my colleagues. My background in Architecture, Technical Construction, and Business Administration allows me to translate creative visions into feasible and successful projects and to engage everyone along the way.

I excel at the preliminary stages: structuring processes, providing direction, and ensuring teams have the space to excel. I'm energized by empowering people to excel in their areas of expertise, instilling confidence, and creating something unique together.

I believe there's no such thing as "no." New challenges are opportunities, and collaboration is precisely what creates the best solutions. As a team, we ensure that inspiring designs become reality—projects that are accurate, work, and make both our clients and our own employees proud.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family in nature. Whether we're walking in the woods, enjoying the fresh air by the sea, or trekking into the mountains, sharing beautiful experiences is always central. Even at home, I continue to pursue my passion for design and making by creating and building myself.
