My name is Roberto van den Berg. I live in Amsterdam with my partner and our two children. Since January 2025, I have been working with great enthusiasm as a Project Manager at Coare.

Since 2010, I have gained experience in the construction sector, much of it as an independent entrepreneur. For ten years, I ran a medium-sized construction company, where I was responsible for everything—from acquisition and client relations to project management and team leadership. During that time, I learned how essential it is to maintain oversight, switch gears quickly, and always keep the end result in focus.

What defines me? I’m someone who likes to keep things simple, with a clear approach, solid agreements, and a high level of commitment. I enjoy collaboration, think in terms of solutions, and always aim to bring a positive atmosphere to the team—with humor, mutual respect, and trust.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and occasionally working out. Maintaining a good work-life balance is important to me—it keeps me sharp, creative, and full of energy.
